Prior to our first session, an eligibility check will be completed to ensure coverage and confirm your co-pay, so there are no surprises!

If I am out-of-network (meaning your insurance won’t cover our work together), or you’d prefer to pay out of pocket, we can still work together.

A typical 45-minute appointment is a $200 investment per session following the initial intake, which costs $250 and includes a detailed review of your history and a treatment plan to guide our work.

Also available is a monthly “Super Bill” which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

I have limited space for sliding scale clients, meaning reduced fees for those who have to pay out of pocket and cannot afford my rates.
